Not to be rude, but Giovanni's advice was fairly straightforward. Have you downloaded the latest stable release from sourceforge or svn? Have you browsed the contents the release? Perhaps the demo's are kept in the 'demos' directory?

USB is not simple, demos are as close to a minimal example as possible. Like skute suggested, you should give a look among the demos or the test applications under ./testhal.

The distribution includes pretty much all the examples available.
