Fixed in repository as bug #675.

The workaround is only used if a CM7 r0p1 is detected (by looking at the CMSIS macro __CM7_REV).

Using CORTEX_SIMPLIFIED_PRIORITY=TRUE improves performance because it does not require the workaround, it is recommended if fast interrupts are not needed in the application.

Note that the problem had no impact of functionality because the next instruction after the MSR was never critical, it just happened that the state checker was triggered by it (state checker be blessed).

Using the suggested workaround also fixes the issue for me. I am not sure about that the instruction after MSR was never critical. What if the state checker is disabled?
