Good afternoon.
If I use in the project (built on ChibiOS v16.1.3) USART1 and I2C1 - USART1 not work. Please tell me where to fix it?

Check for conflicting DMAs.

And what files need to change the DMA channels?

You need to edit mcuconf.h AND read the Reference Manual, you need to set the SYSCFG_CFGR1 register manually.
