STM32F746GDISCOVERY _unhandled_exception problems
I am having problems with the STM32F746GDISCOVERY board at startup. Execution jumps straight into _unhandled_exception before it gets to main(). I have tried chibios161 and chibios_trunk with GCC 4.7, 4.8 and 4.9. This is happening for all STM32F7 examples in the chibistudio workspace. I have tried changing compiler optimisation values, fpu settings, LTO settings, etc. with no success. Is there anyone else experiencing these problems? Any solutions?

Re: STM32F746GDISCOVERY _unhandled_exception problems
Hi,
Clock setup is done before reaching the main() function, it is possible that something is happening there.
Can you try another board? it is strange because it is the one I use for general development.

Re: STM32F746GDISCOVERY _unhandled_exception problems
Thank you for the reply. It's working today and the only thing that I have changed was a firmware update on the st-link/V2. Excited to try this beast out now. I see there is a second round of STM32F7 chips, this time they have ARM's double precision FPU design. Should be interesting...

Yes, and there should be a 400MHz dual core device later this year, they are moving fast.
