Hi,
It depends on which driver you use. The USBv1 driver should pose no problems, the OTGv1 driver requires to execute a function as a thread, without an RTOS your main has to execute this function and your application could only use USB callbacks for other processing.

I use STM32F401. So I need use OTGv1. I'll look it up in the source code . Thanks.
