Hi,
I am trying in vain to get the STM32L476 demo for the L476 Discovery Board working. I am using ChibiStudio 17.7 preview. From what I can tell, when I strip it to a minimum working example, it works just fine until it encounters chThdSleepMilliseconds(). It will sleep for the required time, but as soon as the timer expires, the system just resets and starts from the beginning again.
I am using this code:
C:\ChibiStudio\workspace161\RT-STM32L476-DISCOVERY-L4-SEMINAR
and it builds perfectly. I have also tried in Keil and when I debug, it never hits the TIM2_ISR (VectorB0) and doesn't get stuck in any of the other exception handlers (i.e. it is not trapped in the unhandled exception handler).
Any suggestions welcome or if anyone else has got this working on the L476 Discovery board that would be great. Or if I am using the wrong repo version that would also be helpful info.
Thanks,
Andrew

Re: STM32L476 Discovery
Hi,
The L4 demos work and I do not experience what you are describing, hard to tell what it could be without seeing the code, try posting a zipped project, I could give it a try over weekend.

Re: STM32L476 Discovery
Hi Giovanni,
Many thanks for your prompt reply. I bought a new L476 discovery board, works perfectly out the box. Something must have fried on the older board. Just knowing that the demo should work helped enormously to decide what to do.
Many thanks!
