Expose CFGR2 in STM32/LLD/ADCv3 ADCConversionGroup Struct

Please add a field to expose cfgr2 in the ADCConversionGroup structure. It is necessary to enable oversampling.

This has been lingering for over a month. Any comments on whether or not this will be considered for inclusion in HAL?
