Hi,
I've got a STM32L433RC nucleo board, and want's to run chibios on it. But there is no STM32L433RC demo project in the chibios repository, only found STM32L432. Have tried to use the STM32L432 demo directly but it's not work.
Where should I start for this?
Where to start for STM32L433RC board Topic is solved

Re: Where to start for STM32L433RC board
Hi,
In order to support a new board you need to follow some steps:
1) Duplicate a demo, changing the project name (search/replace in the project files and debug files).
2) Create new board files for the new board, see under /os/hal/boards, you may duplicate the closest one, edit differences in the XML then re-generate the files.
3) Change the Makefile inclusion to the new board path.
4) Adapt the settings in mcuconf.h to the new board (assuming it is clocked differently, you need to check).
5) Compile and test.
I think there are guides for most of the above on playembedded.org, you may want to look there.
