ChibiStudio on 32-bit Windows

Post by wolf »

Hi all!
IT seems to me that the latest version of ChibiStudio wont run on 32-bit Windows. As there are still quite a few 32-bit installations around, it would be nice to have a 32 bit version.
Many thanks, Wolf

Main problem is that the Eclipse IDE isn't available for 32-bit. (https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/installer)

There's a 32-bit option for the tools: https://developer.arm.com/tools-and-sof ... /downloads

Old versions are 32 bits, you could take one of those then replace the compilers and the chibios directories inside.

Hi all. Many thanks for your explanation.
I'll have a try on Giovannis proposal.
