Should allow more than one shell

Hi,

Shell use actually global variable and could not be activated from more than one (usb?) stream.

It will be nice if shell is reentrant and could be attached to more than one interface

Hi,

You mean "shell_terminated"? it signals that one of the shells terminated, it allows for multiple shells.

Yes I means shell_terminated.

May be documentation should be improved but for it is better to be reentrant here

It is a synchronization object, it is meant to be shared.
