Temporarily breaking the 21.x stable branch

Hi,

I need to start merging the trunk HAL to the 21.x branch, there are a lot of changes and dependencies so thing could break for a while. Trunk will not be affected.

This is required in order to make another 21.x release before starting a new 25.x stable branch out of the whole trunk.

Please update your 21.x now if you work with that branch.

Hi,

The stable branch 21.11.x is open again for business. Now the HAL is the same present in trunk and will be kept in sync until 21.11.4 release.
