stm32u3 rtc

Post by geoffrey.brown »

I'm thinking about using the stm32u3 for a project. In looking at the hal/ports/.../platform.mk it seems the rtc driver is commented out. This made me wonder about the current state of this port and whether the RTC driver is a work in progress.

Thanks ! I guess that I'll hold off a bit on using the part.

Just wondering what's working and what isn't. Trying to decide between continuing with the stm32l432 or using the stm32U375 on my next board. The primary advantage to the U3 is lower power during execution. The disadvantages are experience, possible immaturity of the port, higher standby energy cost.

Hi,

The port is mostly complete, it is lacking testing but drivers are the same used in previous families.
