It's possible to use ChibiOS/RT within Keil projects. And sincec the F3-Discovery board is yet supported by ChibiOS/RT, this should be no problem.
Please try to open the ARMCM4-STM32F303-DISCOVERY demo in Keil. For examples, there is a keil directory containing the project files in the ARMCM4-STM32F407-DISCOVERY demo.
However, I never tried it myself, this is just my personal "opinion".

Well it worked
i just copied the keil project from stm32f4 folder and made some changes on it ,but i had to comment the parts of serial communication because there is some errors ,maybe because i didn't include the right headers .

Glad to hear that it worked!
For your serial problem: I'm not sure what exactly keil handles. Maybe cleaning and rebuilding the entire project can be necessary?
Since you now got some kind of template, I'd suggest you to recreate the keil project yourself from scratch, then you're sure that no F4 configurations are in there.

I usually don't put IAR and Keil projects in all demos because:
1) They are royal PITA to update, you have to change each single of them, makefiles are more convenient because the .mk files are shared among all projects.
2) As you discovered, you can simply copy a working project and change few paths to the right device drivers.

In fact i wonder how it worked although i used \os\ports\RVCT\ARMCMx\STM32F4xx (cmparams.c, vectors.s),is it because stm32f3 is cortex m4 ??
