I reworked hal_lld.h/c on the L4, it is much simpler now, I plan to do the same for L4+.

Is this usable also for WL?

Need some time to analyse what can be reused, WL has slightly different RCC.
Will return with new version based on L4 soon.

STM32WLxx port
