Waveshare OpenC CDC driver and OSX

Has anyone managed to get the USB CDC driver to work in the demo from the repository at https://github.com/dsigma/ChibiOS ?

This is a port to the OpenC 207I board from [url]wvshare.com[/url], which is a really nice board, but my Mac doesn't see any serial port when I plug the core-module's mini-USB port in. If I connect a serial<->USB driver to USART3, I can see the output there, and the leds flash, so the code is running, but it'd be nice to get USB up and running too...
