Hi,
Look for C:\ChibiStudio\tools\openocd\scripts\target\stm32f1x_stlink.cfg

The answer is in the error, target voltage is zero, you have to power the board (through USB presumably).

Sorry but I'm not familiar with OpenOCD ... How do I load C:\ChibiStudio\tools\openocd\scripts\target\stm32f4x_stlink.cfg ?
Using command line ? But how do I tell ChibiStudio to use it ?
Thank you for the help.

Hi,
In the toolbar there is a menu that allows to launch external applications, OOCD is there, after launch it will prompt for the script file.
