USB CDC communicating to RS232 serial

Post by nikhil »

Hello,

I have this situation and I would like to know if this task is possible using chibios.

I have one stm32f4 discovery and arduino mega. discovery board currently communicates to windows PC using serial over usb on discovery board and vcp drivers on windows.
However I want this board to communicate with serial port on arduino mega(or any device with rs232 serial communication). Is is possible to do this as it is? (I mean connecting D+, D- to rx and tx of serial port) or anything else needs to be done? or is it very complex process to integrate like this?
