Hi,

Could be possible with git to declare fatfs and lwip as submodule.

And thus get proper patch queue against upstream ?

I have a few patch that I want to publish.

Hi,

The main repository is subversion not git. Personally I prefer to use released code, I cannot do regression tests each time something is committed.

It is not about using releasing or upstream top code. It is about to have a patch queue in order to ease porting.

If I want to patch fatfs or lwip further I do not know that patch are applied and why.

Hi,

I have just created the fatfs patch queue.

See https://github.com/bastien-roucaries/Ch ... tien/trunk

If you want to publish under github and does not need to change your script for mirroring because submodule are really separate beast from main (and even from subversion).

You could I think get my branch.

I plan to do the same with the lwip
