STM32L4xx + PWM

Hi Giovanni,

STM32_TIM_MAX_CHANNELS is missing in the STM32L4xx stm32_registry.h which leads to pwm_lld.c fail at build time.
Also are there any plans to add timers > TIM9 to pwm_lld?

Thanks for finding.

I have no immediate plans, it is not trivial, some of those timers share interrupts with other timers and this creates problems when trying to assign the sharing timers to different drivers.
