Datasheet shows no RCC_AHB1ENR_BKPSRAMEN bit in register RCC_AHB1ENR.

Fix suggestion:

#define rccEnableBKPSRAM(lp) rccEnableAHB1(RCC_AHB1ENR_BKPSRAMEN, lp)

I committed a slightly different fix.

Fixed as bug #1029.
