ADCv1 and stm32L031 (hal_adc_lld.h)

in platform.mk specified that Stm32L031 use a ADCv1 driver.
In ChibiOS/os/hal/ports/STM32/LLD/ADCv1/hal_adc_lld.h specified such defines
But in stm32L031 LL (Law layer driver) specified such defines
What difines is correct?
