Hello,
Where can I get ChibiOs sample demo code for STM32H750B-DK discovery board? ChibiOsStudio contains samples codes only for STM32H755ZI-NUCLEO144 and RT-STM32H743ZI-NUCLEO144 in STM32-H7xxx family.

There is no demo for that board yet, it would be included. You may port the nucleo project to your board, what you need to do is to create new board files, searching the forum should yield many results for this.
