I'm attempting to build a new project. After correcting a path, I am getting the following error:

Code: Select all

Linking build/ch.elf
lto-wrapper: warning: Options to '-Xassembler' do not match: -alms=./build/lst/crt1.lst, -alms=./build/lst/hal.lst, dropping all '-Xassembler' and '-Wa' options.
lto1: fatal error: bytecode stream in file './build/obj/hal.o' generated with LTO version 13.0 instead of the expected 11.3
compilation terminated.

collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [../../chibios_stable-21.11.x/os/common/startup/ARMCMx/compilers/GCC/mk/rules.mk:217: build/ch.elf] Error 1
"make -j22 all" terminated with exit code 2. Build might be incomplete.

I don't know what might cause this error regarding LTO versions. Could you please provide assistance?

I needed to do a make clean. After that, it built correctly.

Thanks,
